  • Do you provide service in my area?


    We cover 98% of all zip codes in the metropolitan areas of Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA,

    Los Angeles, CA, Cincinati and Columbus, OH. If we do not have an available Tech in

    your area, we will let you know right away. Any city 20 miles outside metropolitan area

    may require a travel fee.

  • How soon can you install my TV?


    We book quickly and every market is different, but we will do our best to accommodate

    and book a time slot that is most convenient for you. We work Monday through Saturday on the West Coast from 9am to 5pm and Monday through Saturday on the East Coast from 9am-8pm. We are closed on Sunday. Additionally, we offer same day service for an additional $199 (If Available) to accommodate customers with a tight schedule.

  • What time will my technician arrive?


    Your technician will arrive anytime between your selected time window. Customers must be present during the start to end of a window to ensure that we can provide a timely service. A technician will call before arrival and will only wait 30 minutes before moving on to another customer if a customer is not home when a technician arrives. Please be available for your entire window, we cannot move time windows in the same day after booked. You will have to reschedule for a later date.

  • How long does it take to complete my TV Installation?


    Most standard TV installations typically take 1-2 hrs. Custom Installations might take

    longer.

  • What if I need something done that is not included in your installation packages?


    Just call our project managers and they will design a custom installation package that fits your needs.

  • Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my appointment?


    No, there is no cancellation or rescheduling fee. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to change the date or time of your appointment.

  • I do not have my TV yet. When should I order the installation service?


    Order your installation service as soon as possible as we book quickly. However, please make sure your TV and/or equipment is ready during your scheduled appointment.

  • I have 2 TV's that need to be installed. Do I get a discount?


    We offer promotional discounts throughout the year; you can follow us on social media

  • Does my tv installation price include the wall mount bracket?


    Yes, wall mounting brackets are included in all packages. However, different mounting options will vary in price.

  • Where is the best place to mount my flat screen tv?

    We evaluate possible TV mount locations to help give you an idea where to place your TV

  • How far should I sit from my large screen Plasma TV or LCD TV?


    Based on the size of the flat panel screen TV you should sit anywhere from 8′ – 13′ + for a 32″ – 53″ flat screen TV

  • Is there Commercial or Business installation services available?


    Yes, we provide installation for all types of business and commercial locations.

  • Do you offer installation consultation?


    Yes, we offer free installation consultations.

  • What form of payment do you accept?


    We accept Cash App, Zelle, and all major credit cards including: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express

  • Is there a warranty for the work performed?


    We pride ourselves in doing the job right, the first time, every time! However, it is very unlikely but, in the event, something is wrong with your installation our technicians will come correct the problem at no charge if reported within 5 business days after the completion of an installation service, if it is deemed to be an error on our part.  Installation services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner.

  • Are you insured?


    Yes, we are insured and bonded through Hiscox Insurance.
